Like many other people, I have had bad experiences at lash salons. I've been cancelled on last minute, I've left with itchy and irritated eyes, and, worst of all, I've suffered severe damage to my natural lashes. In an industry with very little regulation, it's easy to make a mistake in choosing a lash artist.
I'm commonly asked how I got into the lash industry, and this is the reason. I believe that people shouldn't have to go through these painful situations to have beautiful lashes. So, I created an environment in which I would want to be serviced.
I believe in raising the bar for lash industry standards. Having several certifications from SugarLashPro, I pride myself in lash education and am always striving to learn more and share this knowledge with my team and clients.
At Lash Glow Boca, I source the highest quality products so that my clients can retain a beautiful set of lashes for as long as possible with minimal chance of irritation. Whether you're going for a natural look or full and glamorous, I will work with you to find the best option for your features. I believe that lashes are not a one-size-fits-all. My main priority is to help clients achieve their desired results while maintaining the health of their natural lashes.

Sydney grew up in Delray Beach, and graduated from FAU with a degree in Communication. Ever since she can remember, she’s been drawn to perfecting what she believes is the most important frame for the face: eyebrows. This led her to a career in beauty.
Sydney recognizes that few things make someone feel as gorgeous and put together as perfectly curled, meticulously separated lashes, and she knows exactly how to achieve that. She strives to help you feel more confident by enhancing your natural beauty, and will help you determine the style, length, curl, and shape to magnify your eyes - and she does it all in a cozy atmosphere.

My name's Ashleigh and I've been an esthetician for 4 years, specializing in lash extensions. My passion for lashing came after I got my very first set and I fell in love not only with how they looked, but ultimately how they made me feel. I knew I wanted to help others feel that same way and began beauty school just months after.
Since becoming a lash artist, I've taken several classes to continue learning and expand my knowledge. My career began in Oregon and I am so excited to continue my journey here in Florida.
I'm very personable, down to chat our way through our appointment or let you enjoy a lash nap. I strive to make sure you love your lashes and consult before our appointments to make sure we have the same goal in mind.

I began my career in the world of beauty at a young age. In Brazil, I graduated from the School of Aesthetics and Chemistry, and after that, I pursued several courses in the field. Eyelash extensions were one of my areas of focus and my passion. My journey in eyelash extensions commenced with the goal of enhancing the natural beauty that women possess in a subtle and unobtrusive manner. This is why I dedicated myself to studying and specializing in various courses, perfecting techniques that prioritize the health of natural eyelashes while enhancing beauty and imparting a sense of lightness.
